Refund policy

Return Policy. 

If you wish to return goods to us please contact us. When you purchase your product our team will answer any questions and offer tutelage to ensure it is suitable for your purpose. We can accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of a receipt of an original sales invoice for online sales only. We do not refund shipping costs unless the goods were incorrectly supplied. 

Beyond this we offer a 30 day refund period, whereby if your camera is faulty or not working up to 30 days after purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange. This does not apply to accidental damage on your behalf. 

Refunds may take up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method. If after 14 days you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thecameraco1@gmail.com
